OCC Manager and Flight Dispatcher
Responsibilities: Managing Dispatchers and OCC activities, prepare flight plans and crew briefing materials for 3Green customer airlines and aircraft operators, provide flight following, monitor NOTAMs and weather, prepare statistical payload, fuel burn and block time studies, assist in the evaluation of flight planning systems, crew rostering, overfly and landing permits arrangements.
Professionally, you will hold an ICAO or FAA Licence, have attended relevant training with one or more aircraft manufacturers, be conversant with ICAO, EASA and FAA rules and regulations and have a minimum of five years experience with an international airline. You should also be familiar with each of the major computer flight planning systems. Tertiary qualifications in an engineering or aviation discipline and some supervisory experience is highly desirable.
Personally, you will be a task-oriented individual who thrives on challenges that, as is typical in this industry, come at you from out of nowhere at the last minute whilst having the ability to pay attention to detail and make informed decisions based on the best available information at the time.
