Mathewos brings 30 years of aviation experience to 3Green, with over 25 of those years managing the key Flight Operations Support functions of Performance Engineering, Navigation, Technical Publications, Flight Libraries, Operations IT and Flight Dispatch for one of the Middle East's oldest carriers.
With a Master of Science degree in Electrical/Aeronautical Engineering, attended different IT courses and a keen interest in all IT related issues, his detailed knowledge of computer based operating systems and languages has seen him create numerous programs to improve efficiencies in a wide variety of disciplines from fuel management and tankering, to providing runway and take-off analysis for a variety of aircraft fleets (incl. B727, B757, B767, B777, A320F, A330 , A340, E70/E90 and ATR42) and financial accounting systems.
Several of the major flight planning software vendors have sought out his expertise to improve the logic of their software routines and to enhance the functionality of their respective products.
